| PETRIFIED ABSTRACT 2007 12" X 12" I designed this small quilt for the SAQA auction in May 2007. The inspiration came from a photo of a petrified log at Petrified National Park. It is hand-painted cotton, using dyes, inks, and paints on hand-painted silk noil. The border is hand-dyed/painted cottons. PRIVATE COLLECTION |
