This scene is in City of Rocks State Park near Deming, New Mexico. The rock formations were created 30 million years ago by a volcanic eruption. As with so many other amazing places on Earth, it feels very prehistoric and gives one a special connection to our planet. Painted and stitched silk and other fabrics.
